You can now sign-up, sign-in, and share items from LocalArtsLive to Facebook.
ALLOW YOUR MEMBERS TO SIGN UP AND SIGN IN WITH FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, YAHOO! AND TWITTER
Using the Social Sign In feature, you can allow your members to sign up and sign in to your Ning Network using Facebook, Google, Yahoo! and Twitter.
When first signing up for your Ning Network, instead of typing their email addresses and choosing passwords, members just need to allow your Ning Network to pull their Facebook, Google, Yahoo! or Twitter credentials, allowing them to skip that step completely. Then, every time they return to your Ning Network, they will just need to click the Facebook, Google or Yahoo! button on your Sign In page to access your network, no email or password needed. Please note that Twitter does not share users’ email addresses when they sign up with Twitter on any website. For this reason, members will still need to provide their email addresses when signing up.
One of the great built-in tools a Ning Network has is the ability to share content with other social platforms across the internet like Facebook. If you belong to a Ning Network that allows you to connect to your Facebook account, you can share content such as photos, videos, events, blogs, discussions or post your status updates to Facebook directly from a Ning Network.
The first time that you are posting to your Facebook account, you will be asked to connect to your Facebook account. Although your Facebook account information is required to connect to Facebook, it will not appear anywhere on the Ning Network.
